Courage borne of anger
Delivers none from sorrow.
Anger begets violence
Upon body, mind and spirit.
Violence begets harm.
Harm begets sorrow.
On victim and
Instigator alike.
Ever so, this cycle of suffering,
Helpless in our anger.
